Grants

Although the FQMD is statutorily authorized to provide façade grants and incentives to utilize vacant buildings, upper floors, and land and to aid in sidewalk repairs, the FQMD does not have an active grant program at this time.

Our Funding Partners

FQMD receives operational support from the New Orleans & Company via the New Orleans hotel self-assessment tax.

The Supplemental Police Patrol Program is currently funded by the French Quarter Economic Development District after six years of generous support from New Orleans & Company; the original pilot program was funded by Sidney Torres IV, Joseph Jaeger, Darryl Berger, Michael Valentino, and many other generous French Quarter businesses and citizens.

Keep the Quarter Clean has received grant funding from Keep Louisiana Beautiful, Gulf Coast Bank and Trust and the Raines Family Fund.
